I am a self-taught artist born and raised in Berkeley, California. While growing up in the Berkeley school district, is was progressive towards the performing arts as well as visual arts. I also admired famous artists such as Paul Gauguin, Claude Monet, and others. i loved Peter Max's bright and colorful, whimsical pop art that was so famous in the sixties.
After a career as an optician, and many years making dozens of paintings, I continue to go through my art journey. There are many more facets of my creativity which have expanded into jewelry design, skin care, and my Asian inspired, Bohemian impression style, of paintings.
I have learned never to doubt yourself and to always believe in yourself. It build character and confirms and deepens the meaning of who I am as a person as well as an Artist.
My hope is that you enjoy my creative endeavors.
